The most beautiful MINI dealership anywhere. Wonderful staff, both service and sales.
I scheduled a paintless dent repair last week. I specifically asked them if they do it and call me if not. I got several confirmation even until the day before my appointment. My appointment is today, Monday. I drove 45 mins and they said they only do it on a Tuesday. Such a waste of my time. No compensation or whatever. Better go to Mini of Ramsey instead.
Stay away! $2,000 of hidden fees on a pre-owned car. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership with no dealer fees.
I would give then 0 ratings on their hospitality if I could! We went their looking to buy a car. Walked in, was reached out by their rep Jay who wanted us to simpyl browse around and couldn't reply a single question we asked. We requested we wanted to go for a test drive to which he seemed apprehensive and told us to wait so hat he could get the car. We are waiting in the lobby for the car to arrive, but another sales rep comes in and tells us that Jay is attending to another customer now.. and that both Jay and him are busy... read more
I was pleased initially with the service I received at Mini of Edison. George in Service was terrific. The Problems came into play with the accounting department. I have a 2016 Clubman (that I bought from Mini of Mt Laurel) with Run Flats. I hit a pothole and had a blowout on the NJ Turnpike and had my vehicle towed to Mini of Edison. I have a Tire and Wheel Warranty but was told they couldn’t reach the warranty company by phone (for them to cover the cost). Very nice facility, very nice staff, our salesperson Nadir was very very nice, (don’t forget to stop in and try the free coffee machine in the lounge) but, don’t expect to buy one of their cars for the price that you see on their website, because it seems at this Open Road owned dealership it just doesn’t work that way. I saw a very nice car on their site advertised for $ 31,895.
