Recently purchased a 2016 Clubman from an independent dealer and wanted to have it checked out for peace of mind. Anthony was warm, friendly, and made me feel right at home. He checked on me several times, gave me updates about the status of my car, and asked for approval before rotating the tires (because it was an additional charge on top of the requested service).
