What a super place to have my mini serviced. I only needed an oil change so they squeezed me in without an appointment, and even gave me a ride to a nearby resturaunt to eat lunch. I will use them for all future service.

Seat belt tensioner/airbag failure light came on. Sensor replaced, computer reprogrammed and all under warranty. So very happy. Have to take the Dark Lord back next week for new rear brake pads and sensors, didn't have time to have them done yesterday. BTW. Congrats to Anthony on his promotion to Service Advisor Manager. I now have Tiffany as my advisor.
Always the best service. All the Fields dealerships are very customer focused and really take care of us.
I was in vacation and traveling to Disney when my engine light came on. I called Orlando Mini and Mr. Cameron got me in. The service tech took care if the issue and even rotated the tires and took are of the mileage service in a timely manner. Awesome service!!
Had a wonderful experience there, Anthony the service manager was on point like all times! His customer service skills is definitely 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯it makes servicing my car 🚗 there an overall wonderful experience. GO MINI!!!!!!!
I love the people at Orlando Mini, they always advise how your service is progressing, make sure you're doing okay in the waiting area, and treat everyone great! Plus they always have smiles on their faces, which makes the experience that much better. And none of that includes the tasty free coffee, ice cream, cookies, bottled water, and car wash at the end. Thanks Mini!
Great experience doing my first custom ordered Mini with Elizabeth. She was extremely patient with me and my discerning tastes, letting me test drive the different engines to see which one I liked the most. Ultimately I went for the S convertible, and can’t wait for it to be delivered! Highly recommend this store, the staff is excellent.
