South Shore BMW Fotios was very helpful and worked on my behalf in getting the best deal. All the staff was very welcoming (finance, BMW genius etc.). Overall, a good experience.
Great service efficiency and timeliness were great but the dealership was overbooked and could not provide a loaner. this was inconvenient and found this disappointing.
