Great services Good and efficient services. I was received by courteous people and they took care of my car very quickly as promised
First service Fast, easy, and friendly are how I would describe my first service experience at the Rockland BMW facility. I was able to get an appointment within a day of calling, there was no wait to drop off and pick up a loaner vehicle, and the next day my car was done. I call that five star worthy!

Great service Subsequent to my appointment, the tie gage light came on. Even though the service department was busy, Kevin Cowden went out of his way to accommodate me and promptly resolve the problem. On the day of my service visit, Kevin contacted me with updates and costs. He worked hard to exceed expectations and build a relationship with me.

Buying new used car Corey was wonderful. He made everything easy and very pleasant. The receptionist was very sweet. She even remembered me when I came back for my sticker (she had previously only briefly spoken with me). The entire experience was awesome.
