Excellence at BMW Gallery Rockland We didn't feel pressured to buy. We've known the Sales Manager Fred Shaw for years and trust him. Great waiting area and friendly people Friendly and very easy to be in and out on time. Was prepared to wait but when it was going to be longer let me get a loaner so I go do some errors and come back.

Another Great Experience at South Shore BMW Low pressure sales experience and a knowledgeable staff. This was the 5th BMW that I've purchased from South Shore BMW and I've always had an good experience with Bob Carpenter in sales or in the service area.

Best car buying experience in my life! We had called ahead about a particular car that we wanted to drive. It was there waiting, ready to go. While we drove it, they took my car and evaluated it and we negotiated for about five seconds and it was a done deal. It was by far the most pleasurable experience I've ever had buying a car!

Great treatment Treated very well by the salesman and had a positive outcome in my discussions with the General Sales Manager which ended in buying the car. The delivery process was very well done and my wife left with a reasonable understanding of the use of all the instruments etc.
