Couldn't be happier with sales and service. Easy to make a service appointment. Great communication with service adviser. Loaner car available for every appointment. I trust the advisers and their recommendations. We've purchased 4 BMWs from South Shore. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The entire process is professional. I have never experienced car service like I get at South Shore BMW, everyone was professional and the service was done on the exact time frame I was told when I dropped the car off.
Best Service around courteous and responsive. I took the loaner key by mistake back to my house after I returned the loaner, BMW service was at my house in minutes to assist us.
