Finding my dream car I had an idea of what I came in for but our Salesman had answers to all of our questions. He was funny and polite. He shared personal stories about his own Mini and that helped me make my deicsion about purchasing that day and that particular Mini. Excellent Service! Jessica was efficient, professional and very nice. After hitting some debris on the I-5, I had to detour to the nearest Mini dealership and found myself at Valencia Mini. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a loaner car. Jessica was in regular contact with me giving me updates on parts and on working with my insurance adjusters. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of the positive experience I had at Valencia Mini.

Mini service Brought it im to check some stuff and reattach my rain sensor. They said it wasn't under warranty which is fine but they just left it hanging there. They didn't even ask if i wanted to pay to have it fixed, which i would have.
Great Mini buying experience A wonderful job by Rodolfo at Mini of Valencia. We reserved our Mini online, and drove almost 3 hours to purchase the exact Mini we wanted. Rodolfo assisted us every step of the way, helping to make sure the process went through without a hitch. We even got a good deal on our trade-in.
