Excellent Customer Service I had my vehicle serviced and, as always, the service staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. While waiting for my vehicle, I took the time to 'window shop' and met Max who was an energetic, friendly and knowledgeable young man without being pushy! We went through the process of checking out the various options, he answered all my questions and even tried to roll my current lease into the purchase of a Mini Countryman. never had a bad experience at mini of valencia Service is always a great experience. My service advisor Sam is always so helpful and caring. She always goes out of her way to make sure that I?m my car and I are taken care of. I?m hesitant to get a new car just because i know I won?t find another service advisor like Samantha hawking. She can teach a thing or two to other people working in the industry.
Always Treated like Family I purchased my vehicle from them over three years ago (which was a wonderful experience) and only go to this dealer for my services and repairs (prices are reasonable). The facility is clean and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It also a bonus that it's close to a mall that I can walk to if I don't want to stay at the dealership while my car is being worked on.
