The staff were friendly and not pushy to buy or sell me things. So can't wait to go back to add some Back Jack to my MINI! I love my MINI!
RecommendedQuality of service....when overnighting failed due to human error, paperwork and the car were both driven by two sales reps to deliver to me...l
Too slow just to have a fuse fitted. On the other hand maybe they squeezed us in between appointments. Staff are helpful. I regress...just felt 2 hours is too long.
these guys have horrible customer service evry time I have ever came in. Service department, including the service manager, is a joke. would not buy a car from them ever, let alone have them service any vehicle. ABSOLUTE TRASH
