I was looking for a vehicle posted online "not a mini" used car. This dealer mis advertised the car that was on their website. If you're looking for a vehicle at this dealer I suggest calling ahead and verify what is being advertised is correct. I got my last Mini from them a few years ago and it is now time to upgrade. I’ve been checking their inventory online and have called a few times over the last 2 months. I let them know exactly what I wanted, I’m a cash buyer. A female called back to say the closest convertible with my desired package they had was in Florida and it was $2,500 to have it delivered so they offered me $2,500 off the more expensive convertible(of 2) on their lot, which isn’t what I wanted. I was really looking forward to having Mini of Tempe be the next dealer that I would do business with. But it's been two weeks now and Justin (there are 3 Justin's) still hasn't returned my call. We maintained dialogue for a week because I have specific specs that I wanted my Mini to feature. No return call to schedule my test drive, Whatever. I've had 2 Fiats so far and I loved them so much. I came to Mini of Tempe to have my A/C blower replaced and GPS accessory removed. They successfully fixed the blower issue and removed the accessory. However in the process of doing this they managed to break my entire tachometer - and conveniently didn't tell me it was broken so I had to make a second visit so they could correct their mistake.
