Great service! I have purchased three cars from Momentum BMW, one of which was for my daughter. I went back for my most recent purchase because of their customer service. I appreciate building a rapport and having a lasting relationship with a business, and I am treated very well every time I have visit this dealership. Great service Alexi was a great salesman and explained the process very clearly. Ask for him as I recommend him for mostly anyone. The price was set and terms were negotiated with the finance manager. Quick and easy process within 3 hours.
Exceptional customer service George Sanchez was more than a sales person. He?s very personable and is a great asset to Momentum BMW. He made our car buying experience, easy, simple, and quick. Zero Hassle or pressure was a major plus! The rest of the Staff was a pleasure to work with as well. Exceptional Car Buying Experience I began my shopping experience by asking Phillip to see if he could find me a 740i in the color combination and price I wanted to pay. He found a car quickly but I waited too long and lost the opportunity. When I called him back a few weeks later I set him to the task again.
