It was a decent service. I do feel like my family and I... It was a decent service. I do feel like my family and I were pushed to the side because we were buying a used car as opposed to a new BMW. We weren't negotiating anything and we waited for almost 3 hours for financing. We kept being told "you're next" but still had to wait for them to call us. It was only when we threatened to leave did they finally start the financing process.
