It makes me want to trade up already... except my manual Countryman can't be beat. Lauren was genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful which made for a very easy going experience. Clint was engaged and friendly while processing the paper lightning fast. Most importantly, when I returned to pickup a part, everyone at the dealership was incredibly accommodating with my puppy cohort.
