Robin Cox was courteous and efficient - the other service advisor was not at work so Robin had to handle all the traffic by himself, but he didn’t miss a beat. Robin was straightforward with the new battery price and explained that the battery had to be registered to the vehicle so the engine management system would know how to optimally charge the battery. The technician assigned to my Roadster performed his work quickly - I was on the road in 90 minutes.
