I’m moving to Florida & minimoves moved me out of my Chicago apartment. The freight elevator was down, but they pushed through with no issues. I had Chava, Moises, Sam, Primo & Willie & they were amazing. Very polite & easy going. I hope the team in Florida is just as good.
Business response:
Hi, Barbra. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
Eric, Marcos, and Chay helped move me in early in September. I could not have asked for a better crew. They got the final move-in completed in under 90 minutes. They even fixed a piece of the furniture that was broken BEFORE the move.
Business response:
Hi, John. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
We’ve used MiniMoves twice in the past month for two small moves, and both experiences were excellent! The first crew was Luis, David and Marcos, and the second was Luis, David and Juan. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and careful with our belongings. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would definitely use MiniMoves again!
Business response:
Hi, Laura. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
Paco, Alex and Moises came to pick up my 20 boxes for a Chicago-NYC move. They were most professional and efficient, handling my items with great care & expertise. They stayed chill even before my disrespectful mean neighbor. They came during the expected timeframe. Paco called ahead to ask for the best loading spot and found it without any handholding (he followed the map and directions I texted). Dispatcher Francisco also followed up days ahead to assure me the moving crew would arrive as promised. Overall great experience... read more
