We used MiniMoves to pack and ship an antique curio cabinet from our home in Irving, Texas, to a museum in Clinton County, Indiana. I was very impressed by the courtesy and attention to detail shown by the team who handled the pickup in Texas. The company provided frequent updates regarding the status of delivery, and I understand the piece arrived at its final destination on time and intact.
We just had a great crew (Luis B., David, Jeff, Danny, Paquiel and Juan) move us into our new home. They were quick, conscientious and friendly - couldn’t have imagined moving without them. We’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much - we really appreciated everything!
Job accomplished - friendly service. There was interim moving company who brought it from my rural neck of the words to the main hub where it was being picked up for the long haul. They did not bring enough protective materials to wrap the dresser in. Very valuable dresser, I ended up, supplying them with moving blankets and a strap to make sure that it stayed protected. Very efficient and affordable.
The move was pretty easy and the movers were awesome. There was a minor coordination issue with the timing of the delivery with the mover in Spokane, but did not ultimately detract from the otherwise excellent performance throughout the entire move process.
Our move with MiniMoves was fantastic. From the initial contact to the pickup and then delivery the process was exceptional. The price was also fair and dealing with the customer service team was also a very good experience. I am planning to use them again in the near future.
Luis B, David, Jeff, Hans, and Juan were amazing! They were extremely communicative, professional, and kind. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently they packed, loaded, and unloaded! Moreover, all of our things were accounted for and arrived in perfect condition. They were also organized well by room, which made unpacking smooth. I would absolutely recommend MiniMoves for your relocation needs.
