I do not like sharing reviews but my experience was so bad that I have to share this time. The customer service from both women was horrendous. They treated my wife and I like a nuisance instead of like paying customers. We paid 4 star hotel prices for a 1 star experience. In the morning they made me use the airport bathroom instead of their own because “our time is up”. We had already paid separately for the bathroom and now we can’t even use it. Unless they dramatically change their bathroom rules and customer service I wo... read more

My review is pretty similar to the other ones. We requested a room for 5 ppl. The woman at the front desk was very rude. They assigned us a very tiny room. When we requested for another room because we had a couple of priority passes on us, she initially rudely dismissed our request. When we asked to be put on the waitlist, she proceeded to provide a room immediately. She also addressed me as “Mr. Whatever” while processing my request. Overall it was a horrible experience.

My family and I had to take refuge during a horrendous delay. Erika and her lovely coworkers are so kind and helpful as they welcomed us. This is my first experience with Minute Suites and it was truly great. If you have a layover or a delayed flight, then this is the place for you. If you have a Priority Pass, you get the first hour free!

Quiet place to spend an hour with Priority Pass...American Express Platinum membership benefit. Very friendly attendant. Since Delta changed their Skyclub rules in 2025, not every trip merits use of the Skyclub. Delta changed their Skyclub rules...I get 15 per year from Delta Reserve and 10 per year with Amex Platinum. So I don't use them all up...I found out I can get a private room at Minute Suites for 1 hour complimentary and can bring 3 guests....no food or water but it is private and quiet.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Erika, the girl behind the counter. I discovered there is a veteran discount after I made the reservation and while waiting for my room to become available. When I asked if the reservation could be changed she refused saying she cannot change the reservation. When I requested to cancel the reservation she said there is a three hour cancellation policy. A policy she also failed to tell me about before the reservation and there is no signage at the counter stating this. What should hav... read more
