My family and I had to take refuge during a horrendous delay. Erika and her lovely coworkers are so kind and helpful as they welcomed us. This is my first experience with Minute Suites and it was truly great. If you have a layover or a delayed flight, then this is the place for you. If you have a Priority Pass, you get the first hour free!
We bought a pass at the counter, it was not necessary to buy one in advance. It was sooooo nice to have a private quiet place to crash for a while in the middle of a long day of traveling. Not fancy, but exactly what we needed, comfortable and clean.
Good place to get a shower during a long layover. I had a seven hour layover from Tokyo on my way home and having a warm place to shower helped me get better for the rest of the trip. I feel like this place gets the ratings it gets because people get confused by the name and expect a luxury suite. While I didn't stay in one of the rooms, a peek in shows more then enough to catch a nap before a flight. We had a really good experience here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
