Had a nice stay with the baby and wife to give us a place to relax with a delayed flight. I read some of the reviews and I think some people may have a misunderstanding of what minutesuites offers. Is the place perfect for an hour or two to have a private space… absolutely. If you’re looking for a 5-6 hour place or really need a strong nap with a bed then the hotel is what you’re looking for but a place short term that’s clean with a TV or a quick nap on the couch then this is perfect. My daughter paid $160 for two hours for a hard couch. I think this is not worth it. This place should go out of business. It it raking in the cash - a hotel just down the road is MUCH cheaper - try the sheraton - free 24 hour shuttle. Beautiful and quiet. DONT DO THIS

I visited the Minute Suites in Detroit Airport and was overcharged for a shower. The official Priority Pass listing clearly states showers are $20 for 30 minutes, but I was charged $40, and even with a military discount I still paid $31. I asked upfront about Priority Pass perks and pricing, and the associate gave me incorrect information. The posted price and what I was charged did not match at all. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

If you need to rest or take a nap, this is not the place to do it. It’s located directly below the tram line so you hear the tram running every 4 minutes. Okay for watching TV or working but probably not great for calls because of the noise.

I didn't experience any service issues like others. The rooms are nothing to write home about. You do pay a premium price, but I consider that fair for the convenience trade off on a long layover. You can hear the tram slightly, but it didn't bother me, you can adjust the white noise in the room.
