Unbelievably slow service. Had to ask random staff about our food and drink orders several times and ended up fetching my drink order from the bar myself after a long wait with no sign of the waiter. Food is decent but the service is not good. Wouldn’t go back.
Mirabelle's Christmas Eve Dinner was a regrettable scam. Untrained staff, subpar food, and vinegar-like red wine left us utterly disappointed. Add a painful one-hour wait for our food and being stuck in a noisy hallway instead of the promised festive atmosphere, and it was a total letdown. Never again.
On a three course price fixed meal my three guests and I did not find one thing we enjoyed. Food was just awful.
Disappointed at the service and the food was not very hot! For the price I could not believe coffee which was terrible and tea was not included! When we were seated no one came over for a long time with instruction of when we go get food etc.and when he did take our drink order they took forever to come and some never did! The best part was Santa he was great!
The food was horrible! All Prime rib ordered Medium and medium rare were all well done! I ordered Short rib. It was barely warm , not hot, and carrot and potato cake was ice cold! For Christmas time it was empty. Now I know why.
All of our food was cold. The drinks were made wrong 2 times. Then ordered a beer and it was warm and skunked. Every table that night were sending their food and drinks back. Not sure if it was the severs or chef. Terrible overall experience.
Maybe going on a holiday was not such a great idea. The buffet was just ok, set up in a very small space, which meant people were literally standing on top of each other. The stuffing was so dry it was barely edible. The carving stations were good and the desserts were good but everything else mediocre, and definitely not worth the price.
Layout for the Thanksgiving dinner was awkward at best and reservations were overbooked. Food was good but very cumbersome to make it to the buffet tables.
The online menu was misleading. It appeared to present a 5 course meal for $69 which seemed worthwhile for a special event. Upon arrival we discovered it was a cafeteria style buffet. The waiter told us we were welcome to leave if we wanted to. Nice, considering we'd driven an hour to get there and nothing else was open. The food was decent but not special - most holiday pot-lucks were as good if not better. It certainly wasn't worth $69 to dine in a Sizzler-style buffet at a table too small to put bags under, without trays ... read more
