Andy Cross and Scott Bovard have helped our animal family members for almost 25 years, and we think they are the best! Reliable, responsible, and compassionate. We highly recommend their Vet Clinic.

RecommendedSTAFF NOT WEARING MASKS!!! I love this clinic AND the Docs….. BUT, NOT WEARING MASKS???? This is a health care clinic. This is people “caring” for people and their beloved animals. It is incredulous that a health care clinic does not REQUIRE their staff to wear masks. I’ll wager that many of these unmasked staff members are also not vaccinated. They are negligent in their practices, deny when they are wrong. My mom took her dog in, the dog had surgery, they messed the surgery up, told her to take the dog and leave because they were closing soon and told my mom to take the dog to an ER because it was closing time. They will kill your dog, and tell you to leave. AVOID this place at all costs.
my 14 year old Chihuahua had had heart issues for years and she began to have major problems this last summer and despite treatment and testing she passed away on the way to the emergency vet. my other baby was an 18 year old Chihuahua who also had heart problems but was not really suffering from that but just senility of old age. I ended up having to take her in and be put down by dr. cross after she developed bloody diarrhea and was really not cognizant of what was going on to any degree and very anxious. Unfortunately I have watched and experienced this clinic progressively go down hill. I have used them for three dogs and multiple procedures but will not be using them anymore. Their professionalism in the front of house is extremely lacking. Even with an appointment I have sat for up to 4 hours waiting to be seen and up to an hour waiting to be acknowledged. I brought in my 9 year old Boxer on a Friday Morning to determine why he was no longer eating and clearly suffering. They gave him Antibiotics and told me that the blood test results would be in on Monday. The next day I decided to take him to Pruyn after hours because it was not sitting well with me that my dog was suffering. Pruyn did the blood test and had results for me within 20 minutes...
