Pretty pathetic that every one of your vets was out for a three hour lunch on Thursday, so even though my dog with a broken leg needed immediate attention, no one could be called to come help him. Pathetic that you clearly have NO COMPASSION for the creatures that you you made the decision to work with. MAYBE START STAGGERING YOUR LUNCH BREAKS IF YOU EACH NEED THREE HOURS. RIDICULOUS
