RecommendedI took my car to Elk Grove Honda for an oil change. When I left my car was making noise. When I contacted Elk Grove Honda they were rude and hung up on me. I called Mistlin Honda and talked to Steve. I was a crying mess. Not only did he make me feel better but told me to bring the car in right away. RecommendedJason and Fernando in oil change area did excellent with my vehicles; made me feel like customer #1 both days. I took one vehicle in one day and a different one the next day or so. I was in and out quickly on first day; newer vehicle. Next day second vehicle, older model, needed some items repaired found during maintenance check. I was able to quickly get a ride home and back after vehicle was completed on same day. Excellent work provided. Thanks.
