RecommendedI have been a customer since 2003, I guess that says it all. Jason has been my service rep since ‘09 and I trust him. Most of the service writers know me and they are all good people. I feel like I have alway been treated fairly, more import I feel like my wife has always been treated well. I can buy a car anywhere, great service coupled with fair honest treatment is what will bring me back to Mistlin Honda. Jason, Sammy and Fernando are my go to guys, a big thank you to them.
When I first bought my SUV Honda touring,there was that Sales agent the who approached me & my husband if He can helped us & I said we were interested in looking around first & He showed & walked us around the parking lot of the diff.SUV’s, he was kind, patience & offered us to test drive the one I was thinking I want… the process of buying was made easy for us & customer Service was good as my husband said… it was done on time, knowledgeable & friendly mechanics… Jbelong
We were greeted by a friendly and accommodating employee. We were helped right away and we did not wait long for them to finish the work. Aside from the immediate help, he offered us coffee which we need that cold and foggy morning. Awesome and we highly recommend Honda.

Easy to set up appointment, had front brakes/changing of brake fluid. The time they said it would be done, it was. Service department was very knowledgeable, thank you Mel.
I took my car to Elk Grove Honda for an oil change. When I left my car was making noise. When I contacted Elk Grove Honda they were rude and hung up on me. I called Mistlin Honda and talked to Steve. I was a crying mess. Not only did he make me feel better but told me to bring the car in right away. When I got there Steve, the guy at the parts counter, sorry don’t remember his name, and Jose in service were amazing. They replaced a clip that had come off during my oil change and at no cost!!!!! Jason and Fernando in oil change area did excellent with my vehicles; made me feel like customer #1 both days. I took one vehicle in one day and a different one the next day or so. I was in and out quickly on first day; newer vehicle. Next day second vehicle, older model, needed some items repaired found during maintenance check. I was able to quickly get a ride home and back after vehicle was completed on same day. Excellent work provided. Thanks.
