I just want to write this review to express my gratitude for Andrianna at The Money Store for all the work she and her team have done for me and my family with all our refinance’s and new home loans. Refinance with MLD Mortgages, The Money Store was a great experience. It was a pleasure working with Jeff W. and Cindy E. as they both went above and beyond refinancing my home. I would highly recommended them for refinancing or new home loan to anybody. They have the lowest interest rates.
After re-financing with Andrianna mid last year, we found out rates were even lower at the start of 2021 so we contacted her again. Both of our experiences were so easy and painless. I had such a great experience buying my condo with Andrianna that when I went to buy a house, I asked if I could work with her again. She goes above and beyond, is honest, and puts me at ease. Her communication is light and positive, which is so nice to have during the stress of buying a home! She's the absolute best!
The entire refi process was very smooth and Angela stayed on top of almost every step. The web portal used to submit application, and other required documents is designed well and user friendly. I have not reservation on recommending the services to my friends and family.
Rohit has an excellent team of customer focused individuals who care about quality service. The Money Store application on smartphone and desktop are excellent and provide full transparency into the process. This has been by far my best experience in refinancing.
