I contact the money store for the second time about getting a mortgage for my new home purchase. I was very thankful on how helpful everyone was from my loan officer Sharif to the processor. My loan closed on time. This was the second loan I did with The Money Store.
MLD guided me through a time consuming process and made it as seamless as possible despite hurdles that were out of there control I would recommend them especially if you are a first time homebuyer. I primarily worked with Andrew but the whole team from Colleen and Melissa all assisted with my purchase and they were always available.
Rohit handled the entire refinancing with great interest, commitment and service mindset. He will be my go to guy for any mortgage in future...and I got the best rates.
