Colleen was extremely helpful in helping me lower my interest rate and shorten the term of my loan. The process was easy and the entire refi went very smoothly.
Colleen saved me money. Because she noticed things that the realtor added that shouldn't of been added. She made all the paper work easy to understand and explained everything. Alayne is the first loan officer that we dealt with purchasing our new home. I am amazed on how helpful she has been through and after the process. Even months after closing we were not sure who to contact and ask questions, she was there answering the phone, investigating and explaining what was going on and how to solve our problems.
