The loan officer is very knowledgeable in handling various situations. She is also always there for you to answer your questions. She would be there guiding you through the process, and made a complicated process simple and straightforward.

Where to start. From the first day, until our closing day, Jerod was there 24/7. Was there with us at our closing.
