They scheduled me for an appointment at one location that they dont do a sniff test. So they called another one down the road from there said come on down we will get him. After 1 hour of waiting and people going ahead of me that came in after I asked how soon it would be? They told me that they put me down for a 12:15 appointment which was another hour wait.This is Unacceptable to tell your customer a couple minutes wait then you sit for 2 hours

I did an MRI more than two week ago in Simon One Imaging in ***********. I called before I went, I asked if they would send my MRI to my doctor? They said absolutely!!. I especially asked them and filled out all the forms while I was there for an MRI. They supposedly sent a copy to my neurologist (ordering physician).After more than 2 weeks, my Neurologist is still not getting it. I called at least 4 times; they make it so hard. Please dont go to this facility to do the Labs. They only want to make money. Anything phone call... read more

Train wreck......Multiple appointments and ALWAYS behind (today it's going on +1 hour). Last visit was 2 hours behind. The convicts they bring in (yes, in hand cuffs) are prioritized over others. Only description to describe this place is a Train Wreck....and that's a generous description.

I made several appointments since January with Simon med imaging, to get imaging on my left shoulder. I was referred by the ************** to Simon med imaging, and have had an order placed since beginning of January.I have been rescheduled now five times. The first time was because the radiologist wasnt going to be there past 3 oclock in the afternoon, and my appointment was at 3:30. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, rude, could not, would not listen to what I needed, frustrated I just hung up and went to another Banner Imaging, pleasant, intelligent people to deal with.

Horrible trying to make an appointment needed by phone. Been transferred 5 times. Then told wrong extension. Waited 25 minutes for someone to answer and still wrong extension.

TERRIBLE!!! Im in the medical field and I will never recommend SimonMed again. I, personally, needs xrays. For xrays, you cant schedule appt for xrays. Tried 3 facilities to walk in for the xrays, the wait was 1 3/4 hrs-2 1/2 hr wait. Withe the rudest staff at all 3 facilities. Then I read online there are 5 facilities in my area, you can schedule xrays. Tried on line to schedule, it said they dont do my xrays ( a hip and lumbar spine ) Really????? I have had several appointments made and confirmed, however, once I got to the facility they said they were unable to do my exam because no one was there that could do it. This happened at 3 different locations. Their scheduling system is extremely flawed. I have called for results that were never uploaded to the patient portal 4 separate times in a given day with the promises that they emailed it to me after verification of my email......I never received the results.this business should not be in business with regards to ho... read more

I was charged a payment prior to my exam. My health insurance covered the entire service. I have contacted them to get my HSA refunded. Its been over 4 months and its in "review". I would not use this service. Do not make a co payment prior to service, especially if you have health insurance coverage. They should **** your insurance first!
