I was just terminated by Molina because they screwed up their system and suddenly said we owed an additional $430. We have spoken numerous times to them, sent all of our documentation of all payments made and they keep saying they will expedite the "issue". Today we were cancelled. Horrible company! I wish there was an option here for zero stars!

I have Molina Marketplace + Vision, and it has been nothing but a pain since I started to try and use it. You can use their website to find doctors in the area for what you need, but when you actually call to make an appointment with offices that are supposed to accept your insurance, it is almost always a mistake! I'm more surprised when someone says they actually do take the insurance at this point. Horrible Healthcare. I signed up for a plan that advertised a fixed copay on my specialist visits on the summary of benefits that came with the plan. I got a bill in the mail for two specialist visits for much more than the copay. When I called the company and told them about the mistake, they sent me an individual evidence of coverage letter that had COMPLETELY different coverage than what I signed up for. This is the worst nightmare "healthcare organization" I have ever dealt with. After visiting the ER for unbearable belly pain, a potential gal bladder infection was found, but additional tests the next day (Monday) would make sense before performing surgery. Tests were only done during week days. Admitted to the hospital for over-night checks because a busted gal bladder at home could have been lethal. I don't even know if this is the Molina location. No one answers the phone for cancellation. How do I cancel this terrible service.??? Fax does not work terrible customer service. Rude!! Will not pay. did not use service. Want to cancel -- Sent certified mail because cannot reach anyone.
