Molina loves to deny things that are covered by law. Do not back down from them. They are nothing but corporate bullies. If they denied something that you know is covered, appeal, then when they deny you again IMMEDIATELY PUT IN FOR A STATE HEARING!!! If the state hearing officer denies you PUT IN FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING!! I have to do this at least 3 times a year. Horrible Headache! I’ve called so many times and have received the run around every single time! Nobody can help me and everybody keeps transferring me to someone else who says it’s not their job. They denied my sons claim saying that he had other insurance when that was false. I have never experienced worse customer service than this! Do not get this insurance unless you want to pay out of pocket for everything!

I've been called 17 times in the last 13 days by Molina to ask me to take a survey to "make sure I'm happy with my doctor". I've spoken to them and said I'm happy with my doctor and not interested, but they continue to call insistently. I've blocked them and they still will not stop. This is 100% harassment at this point. But if you call them, it's an hour+ wait. There's no way all they want is to "make sure I'm happy with my doctor". I wish I had read reviews before I signed with Molina. If I could cancel this plan today I would. I Can't get anyone on the phone. When I did get a rep, the connection kept going in and out so I couldn't hear her. Of course she just kept trying to talk to me. I've been "okay" with the coverage up until now (of course all insurance companies take my money, and don't give much back.) As long as you don't need to ever talk to them. My complaints are exactly the same as everyone else's I have read. They say my doctors are covered under Molina but when I have received every single bill this year they state in every bill that my doctor's are out of network. I have contested every bill I have had sent to me under molina and have had nothing but frustrating explanations from people who I don't understand do to their inability to speak English,and nothing resolved

I'm having problems trying to rectify an overcharged that was billed to me because Molina has my co-pay in my insurance card from them as one price, but is charging me a higher price. Called for 2 days and tried to get this matter resolved and I got no where. Everyone I spoke with appeared not to know how to fix this problem from member services to claims in ****. Someone please help us and read these reviews...they are saying what I am experiencing and we are going through h*** We need help!! I had terrible experiences trying to talk to a human being regarding coverages. I was hung up on a few times; I was transferred to another office, and then disconnected again. I merely wanted to know if I was still covered by Marketplace. Finally after about 3 days of phone calls, someone at Molina FINALLY acknowledged I will be covered for fiscal year 2022! Molina's billing department is incompetent. I keep checking the payments page on the website and am not seeing the two payments I made of $91.11 on 5/6/21 and 7/7/21. When I talk to a representative on the phone they hand me some mumbo jumbo about how they recently made changes to their billing system. They sent me a refund check, then a week later threatened to terminate my policy due to not being able to process a payment from my checking account. They are SO confused, messed up.
