check in could be shortened by providing the patient all questions in advance by email. best practice is providing the patient iPad mini to key in all required info directly to your server. this also eliminates duplicate questions.
Fast and really warm and concerned staff at this clinic . With my concerns they made sure everything was addressed. Kinda different doctors visit than ever before. I went in for a skin biopsy about a year ago. I had a very unpleasant experience being overcharged. After several months, the office finally refunded the overpayment. Over this past year, I have received phone calls from the office to come in and get the skin cancer spot removed. I told them verbally that I would not be doing that at their office. After being referred to Dr Wathan for MOHS surgery on my cheek, I was seen by her PA, who was very professional, kind and efficient, for my pre-surgery consult. The day of surgery was a nightmare. The staff was courteous but Dr Warthan was far too rushed and inconsiderate. When finally she appeared to do the surgery, she was on her cell phone for 5 minutes and never introduced herself or explained what she would be doing. Wait time was very long, 45-60 minutes.
Dr. Warthan removed a basal cell carcinoma from the side of my left nostril. She and her staff were very kind and very professional. She removed the carcinoma in the morning and made arrangements for me to have surgery that afternoon with a wonderful plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Anderson, to start the nasal reconstruction.
