wait time to see dr was 45 mins. no apology or reason from either PA or Dr. Most information given by PA. Considering being new patient and unknown treatment Dr was extremely brief and lacked reassurance about treatment. good bedside manner was lacking appeared to be rushed or some other reason. Hope this was not the norm for Dr Warthan and interaction and care will be improved. Fyi I have a large basis of comparision experience to other Drs visits. Leave me alone
The staff was great as well as the PA however, I set up an appointment to see the doctor not the PA. THE PA gave me several options for medication but was not able to recommend what was appropriate for me or a plan of action. The staff was not knowledgeable about the products displayed in the case and could only offer pamphlets. The nurse or MA that did my vitals was excellent and gave me good information about my skin issues and the products.
You are not a fun date. I have told the doc that many times.😂
DO NOT GO HERE! I waited almost an hour to be asked the same list of questions that I answered in the reception paperwork by the nurse and then Dr. Warthan. They’re pushy and definitely DO NOT follow instructions - I specifically told the receptionist that I did not want photos taken and made sure to not sign the consent form for photos. Only to be taken in the back and have the nurse take my photo and then Dr. Warthan took photos AFTER I told her I didn’t want that and did not sign that form (this was after she touched her ... read more
Why bother you wont do anything about it and i wont ever be back. And anyone i can tell about my visit too will get an earfull.
Had to wait to long for an appointment that I was 15 minutes early for. Waited 45 minutes to be seen by the assistant and another 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor.
I HATE this place or more specifically MOLLY WARTHAN. However, The staff was friendly. But, Molly was extremely hurried and RUDE with me when she was assessing. She acted like she didn’t want to hear what I was saying to her and tried to HURRY up to get out of the room. I was trying to let her know that I have had some success with a previous Skincare regiment from when I was in the military.
