I had a very pleasant experience, all things considered. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient and I was sent home with adequate supplies (ice pack and even ice cream). They have a 24 hour on-call doctor who kindly talked me down from a panic attack at 1 am. My only complaint is the front desk staff left a little to be desired. I felt a little judged for my questions and they seemed stressed, which stressed me out. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. I was done with my procedure in 30 minutes. Dr Salek was very efficient and described everything he was doing. The assistant Elise did everything she could to help me feel relaxed during the procedure, and called me the next day to check on how I was doing
My son had his wisdom teeth extraction performed at Momenta Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. I was very pleased with the quality of the procedure and the follow up care. All in all it was a great experience.
They were kind, accommodating and speedy. Front desk staff is awesome. The patient, my terrified elderly mom, felt calmed and well treated.
