Service Great. Paineless Minimum after affects Allynne Burg
All went pleasantly ok. Basically no pain or discomfort. Went quicker than I expected. Allynne Burg
Had did 3 extractions. Uncomfortable with mouth open 40 minutes. Did not explain anything, 1st tooth, 2nd, almost done etc. numbing solution went down my throat, I felt I was choking and had to stop getting the novocaine until I stopped the feeling that something was stuck in my throat. Pain lasted 1 1/2 days and by controlled by ice, and pain medication.
The local anesthesia that I was given didn’t fully numb the area (for a tooth extraction & dental implant post placement) &, when I grimaced & spoke up, Dr. Andreasen responded with SKEPTICISM! What on Earth would a patient gain, other than TEMPORARY pain relief, by asking for more LOCAL anesthesia? I felt embarrassed & ashamed, when I absolutely shouldn’t have. That was incredibly unprofessional & unkind. I‘ll follow up with him at the four month mark, but won’t see him thereafter. I’d rather pull my own tooth out ….
