Mona and her team are truly experts in what they do and are always looking out for their clients. They provided frequent updates about the loan throughout, so I didn’t have any doubts going into closing. Whenever I I had questions I knew I could always reach out and get answers right away! When my realtor first told me about Mona she said and I quote “Mona is my favorite human”. After working with her I understand why. I was in no way or shape to purchase a home right away. But unforeseen circumstances forced me to start looking and have to find a solution fairly quickly. From the very beginning Mona told me exactly what I needed to do and how long it should take. I listened to her to the letter and we closed in the exact amount of time. She’s truly a gem and I’ll recommend her.

This is the second time we have financed a home purchase with Mona and her team. Our decision to move was a very quick one. We had started refinancing, then mid-process found our dream home. Mona and her team made to switch seamless. And, since we needed to do a quick close, they pulled everything together fast. When we were feeling a little panicky about a couple of steps they were very responsive, and kept us calm. Mona and the team at Bay Equity are amazing!

When my realtor first said “Mona is my favorite human” I didn’t understand why but it didn’t take me long to see.
