Mona went above & beyond to see this deal go thru..i didn't know wat documents I should have had & the documents I had was printed out in confusion but after goin over them mona understood reached out to her head boss & got the documents accepted however in the end I searched & searched & finally found documents that got me to my closing but Mona was there wit me whenever via email phone & even offered to drive to come get paperwork...the great thing is thru all the confusion I got the house..
