Best Place in OKC Montclair Parc is by far the best place we have lived. They take great care of us and keep everything updated. Maintenance is here usually within an hour to fix any issues we report (which is hardly ever). Janet in the front office is seriously the most helpful down to earth leasing agent I have ever worked with. We are so thankful for her and all her help. If you are looking for a place in OKC I highly recommend Montclair Parc.
fees, wasps, mold Wasps everywhere even after maintenance order; they don’t remove everything in your balcony, etc., even though you told them you have allergies and carry an Epi-pen. Unnecessary Fees for everything in rent, and when you move out, they charge you a cleaning fee even though you have already cleaned. The office is friendly, but some are new and won’t always have the correct answer. You will email multiple people or contact various people until you get the correct answer.

So sad I moved here They go into your apartment when your not home and tell you it's for "maintenance". Then they overcharge you for things that were already damaged in the rental when you move out. They charge you for keys to the apartment and mailbox, when they're returned. Lastly when you leave a bad review they figure out a way to tell you it's "your fault" and "sorry for any misconstrued information". Then they block you. All of this is a tactic to keep unknowing people coming and paying more than they're worth.

Bug infested, “new” management (same people) Bugs, super loud, new management is the old management team. Don’t care about residents. Force you to pay for extra services they don’t provide. Lie to residents.

Great location, very... (Verified Renter) Great location, very nice apartments and grounds, but the prices keep rising and it's pushing out alot of people to go and buy homes for a cheaper monthly cost.

I smell second... (Verified Renter) I smell second hand cigarette smoke in the evenings in my apartment. I assume it comes from other residents around me smoking in their apartments. Does this apartment community have a tobacco use policy?
