Management unwilling to fix cheap renovation errors We got one of their newly renovated apartments (first tenants). Cheaply done. Floors were already coming up on move in date( they did glue those down pretty quickly). Light switch covers and light switches on crooked (still not fixed). “Renovated” bathroom has great big tub, but mirror is just atrocious and they refuse to replace. The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are nice, but for the price there are brand new complex's that are updated and much nicer.

I don't like... (Verified Renter) I don't like how the neighbor upstairs is so noisy with his walking around and dropping things. It sounds like he drops weights and at times it sounds like he is running. Maybe he will move soon.
One issue though... (Verified Renter) One issue though is the dogs... many owners let them poop in the common areas and don't clean up after them. This is very frustrating when we are walking in the grass. Maybe you could charge a fee to each owner and have them DNA tested so feces left in the yard could be traced to their "owner." Other apartment complexes do this.
Look elsewhere I was very disappointed in steadfast management. I would advise against living here as I do not believe they are dealing with people honestly. I am a professional who moved in while my kids completed the school year in another city, and as I wait for my house to be build in OKC. I choose Montclair Parc due to it’s proximity to my place of employment and because I liked the lay out of the Jefferson apartment. When I moved it, the place was anything but a luxury apartment. Rent is high... (Verified Renter) Rent is high and resigning a lease has too many stipulations that make you feel stuck.
The entire complex... (Verified Renter) The entire complex looks dated and needs a remodel,the apartment itself was really dated compared to others...
Quality of service... (Verified Renter) Quality of service is getting worse. For instance, today the stairs were covered by ice and were slippery, in the past, these issues were taking care of rapidly, but now, nobody would take care of these issues.
The office hours... (Verified Renter) The office hours have changed and it makes it very difficult for people who work 8-5, to be able to make it to the office during the week. And we weren?t even informed of the office time change.
