Great "curb appeal",... (Verified Renter) Great "curb appeal", the buildings look good, the grounds are well kept. Inside the units are very clean with fresh paint, 9' ceilings and cove moulding in living/dining room add a touch of class.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is incredible! The maintenance staff are all super polite and helpful! I live on the third floor and had to have knee surgery in December. This was before we began using valet trash pickup.... my dad would have to come over and take my trash down for me, but on more than one occasion when we had fire alarm checks/pest control, the maintenance men would take it down for me because they knew of my surgery! The office personnel... (Verified Renter) The office personnel are great, the maintenance team is very speedy and helpful and having the park next door is an added bonus. I also like how the Apts are set up because you rarely hear upstairs neighbors. Before moving here, I lived at a complex that sounded like my neighbors were coming through my roof 24/7. ??

The tour was... (Verified Renter) The tour was great. She showed us an amazing newly renovated apartment, vaulted ceilings, LED light fixtures, modern appliances, and it was so much better than any other apartment in the area. The application process was smooth and simple, and we were approved to rent the same day.
