I understand it... (Verified Renter) I understand it is not the office members that made the ultimate decision but we don't agree with having to pay for the new trash system that we don't use. We also were hoping for good incentives for renewals. We are satisfied with all the staff though.

People don't realize... (Verified Renter) People don't realize what a wonderful area Montclair Parc is in. It's lovely, convenient, has all the amenities& not all the traffic of the north side of OKC. I tell people about it a lot.

I've never waited... (Verified Renter) I've never waited more than 24 hours for maintenance requests. Even though office staff turnover is a bit higher than I would prefer, the office staff is highly professional and accommodating. Neighbors are generally pretty decent.

I have never... (Verified Renter) I have never even waited 24 hours for a resolution to any service request. The staff here is on top of issues more than most places I have lived.

This apartment is... (Verified Renter) This apartment is old therefore carpet and walls aren’t clean but It seems to be kept clean overall. And I have to pay rent fee for some facilities separately.
