I had billing problems every month. Even the corporate couldn't do simple addition. For meals management waited to the residents left and then secured the dining area which is in the same place as the residents lounge. One day they asked me to turn down the TV because they were having a meeting which was not in the conference room but instead in the residents lounge. The food was okay. He and the outstanding staff genuinely care for all our residents, and their families. We have engaging and interesting activities in our homey cottages for our residents.
