I moved to Montecito in September 2025, and I have had a great experience living here. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive and professional. Whenever an issue comes up, it gets resolved quickly. For example, I recently had a leak in my room. I submitted a maintenance request, and the team responded immediately. They fixed the problem within a couple of hours, and everything was resolved the same day. It's great to live in a place where concerns are taken seriously and handled so efficiently. We've lived here at Montecito for about 4 and a half months now, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we moved in, the staff especially Janet and the management team have been professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Any questions or maintenance requests we've had were handled quickly and efficiently, shout out to (Larry) which really shows how much they care about residents. I absolutely love living in Montecito! The community is is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and is peaceful.I love hearing the birds singing in the morning and late evenings.My hats off to our wonderful office and service crew staff..If you looking for an oasis in the city we will be here when you arrive!!

Have been living here eight years location and neighborhood is great close to downtown Raleigh, Horth Hills Midtown walking distance to shopping. Office staff is nice especially Janet she is so helpful anytime you've a problem or need help with anything she is always willing to help with a big smile I give Janet a 5 plus keep being awesome for all you do I appreciate you,and for Bonnie and all the maintenance team keep up the good work you guys do.

I lived here for 3 and a 1/2 years, in one of the octagonal apartments between Colby and Hardimont. I loved the layout of the apartment and the front office and maintenance crew were all very nice. They responded promptly to maintenance requests. (A few major issues in the building over the years though- water heaters above the apartments burst at least twice, pouring into closets below. I think sewage also backed up into 1 or two of the lower apartments at some point. If that had happened to me this would probably be a much... read more
