I tried to be nice to these people, but they are so unprofessional. My floor is so damaged by water to the point that it's coming up and the leasing manager said she has to see if my DAMAGED floor can be replaced after a closet door is put back up that has absolutely nothing to do with my floor. Last week, she told me the flooring is over ten years old and that because there is a piece missing it will need to be replaced.. wtf is there to determine today? Live here if you like paying a whole lot to live in some apartments that were built in the 60s. You like trash piled up around the Dumpsters. You like having to pay them to take your rent money. You like loud music at all hours of the night. You like the smell of weed creeping into your apartment.

I just called and talked to the manager BONNIE who was very rude and not professional. I used to live in these apartments the office people used to be so nice. I refer people to this community all the time but I refuse send anyone thumbs down needs new management. She kept cutting me off when I was tried to ask her a question saying very rudely LET ME SPEAK. Worst apartment complex ever! Management is not professional and they do not take their jobs seriously. They don't care about complaints and do nothing to fix the issues. The apartment grounds are disgusting. The smell of sewer and trash is everywhere. They allow people to leave their old furniture out by the dumpsters and do nothing about it.
