I couldnt't get an appointment for my elderly Maltese so I contacted Moreland Animal Hospital. The kind lady on the phone was very helpful and I got an appointment for the very next week. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly! Dr. Nicole was very helpful and caring. Julie, Amanda and Heather were so helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything that was needed. I would highly recommend Moreland Animal Hospital!

Many years ago, I took my dog to my veterinarian at the time, to be euthanized. I was heartbroken as she was my baby! There was a new Dr there we had never met before, but she was so compassionate and understanding about what we were going through. We started talking and she told me that her dream was to one day open her own practice. That vet was Dr Andrews at Moreland animal hospital. When I first got there I was asked to sign a DNR piece of paper . Why was this so important. No one has ever asked me to sign one of those before. Sounded like a Red Flag to me! There no medical emergency at this time of my visit. Also, after Dr. Reynolds checked my dog out, I was paying and he reaches down and grabs my dog testicles and says look at these tumors!! I was so shocked. Why ? So I won't be back....
Before today, Moreland Animal Hospital had five stars. I waited what seems like forever to find a good place for my animals. I loved this place. The day I called and said my dog is cut and needs to be stitched up, they told me I needed to take him somewhere else because they are booked and busy. That's exactly what I am going to do! I may be the first to leave but if this is how a 10+ year patient gets treated, I have to look elsewhere. I will say they were great and I loved them but I love my animals more!
