When I first got there I was asked to sign a DNR piece of paper . Why was this so important. No one has ever asked me to sign one of those before. Sounded like a Red Flag to me! There no medical emergency at this time of my visit. Also, after Dr. Reynolds checked my dog out, I was paying and he reaches down and grabs my dog testicles and says look at these tumors!! I was so shocked. Why ? So I won't be back....
Before today, Moreland Animal Hospital had five stars. I waited what seems like forever to find a good place for my animals. I loved this place. The day I called and said my dog is cut and needs to be stitched up, they told me I needed to take him somewhere else because they are booked and busy. That's exactly what I am going to do! I may be the first to leave but if this is how a 10+ year patient gets treated, I have to look elsewhere. I will say they were great and I loved them but I love my animals more!
