I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Morgans office. Going through infertility has been really difficult, but with the fabulous team behind doctor Morgan it made everything easier. I am so happy to be pregnant but sad to leave such a great group of ladies. Tabitha has helped me in more ways than one. She was my rock. Kelly kept everything very positive. Diana took her time in the ultrasound room which I appreciated. I highly recommend this office. Thank you Doctor Morgan.

This was my third round of IVF but the first with Dr. Morgan. His method works and quickly! I can't believe this happened, and I have Dr. Morgan and his staff, who are always very professional, to thank!

please and please, be mindful of this practice. from staff to dr, to physician assistant are terrible with attitude and lack empathy. for such a sensitive practice services, i should think they should have empathy and genuine care. the lakewood office front desk ladies are extremely terrible and lack customer service. they speak to you like you are nothing. it's all about money. not recommended at all. all the processes i went through failed, and not a mere call to show concern. rather they started sending me deal that dropp... read more

My wife and I paid out of pocket, borrowing money and having to take out a loan for the procedure. My wife was never monitored correctly for a preexisting condition she had and lost the pregnancy as a result. When confronted we were told well you can try again. No apologies, no offer of a discount or payment plan offered. I was told I should have zero problem becoming pregnant, yet after 2 failed IUIs and one failed FET, I wasn't. We just kept doing procedures without figuring out the root of the problem. Jennifer D was the best part of the experience, made me feel calm every morning! Communication with other office staff SEVERLY lacks. I was not even made aware I had signs of OHSS until after egg retrieval. It was a he said/she said on who was supposed to notify me and that was extremely upsetting.

I did not have a good experience here. Firstly, I felt that this doctor was pushing the most expensive and invasive procedure right away without completing blood work or all of the testing. However, the most incompetent action happened in the billing department. I was given completely FALSE information about my insurance coverage. Thank God I double-checked with the insurance company. I was told by Morgan that I had a massive deductible and co-insurance - neither are true. Would NOT recommend.

During my first meeting with Dr. Morgan, he was nasty toward me. He showed disbelief in my history of miscarriages and came across as annoyed while reviewing my medical history. When I came for my second appointment (I kept the appointment to learn the results of my blood work), he wasn't prepared and missed the fact that my husband's blood work results were missing from the summary. He definitively stated that everything looked great on my husband's end. I went elsewhere for treatment.
