Your office personnel have excellent customer service and support! They also help make moving in simpler by having a truck that they allow customers of Morningstar to use for moving in or removing your items. great place to rent your storage from!!!!

Cant say enough good things about Elle & her staff. They take care of me as i get a lot of shipments that i cant get to everyday. They either hold it or sometimes put it IN my unit! Communication on 10. And i was sad when i thought i needed to move to a different location, but Elle managed to save me A LOT of hassle & got me right with another unit. Great customer service here!

I had multiple storage units for the past 3 years at Morningstar on Ponce. Management and staff were always super nice and helpful, and kept a tidy facility. I always felt safe coming in and parking at anytime of day or night. Highly recommend this location.

I have rented 2 storage units with Morningstar Storage for many years. My contents have been perfectly protected, much better experience than with a previous cheaper stdorage facility. Morningstar has been very dilident in staying in contact. The staff, especially Elle but not damning anyone else by comparison, has been at all times helpful and accomodating.

Awful experience. Did not refund the 2 weeks owed back to my daughter despite the termination of the agreement within the allotted 10-day time frame. Rude and never followed up. A complete disgrace. Please call me at 843-247-2123. Thank you.
