I have rented 2 storage units with Morningstar Storage for many years. My contents have been perfectly protected, much better experience than with a previous cheaper stdorage facility. Morningstar has been very dilident in staying in contact. The staff, especially Elle but not damning anyone else by comparison, has been at all times helpful and accomodating.

Awful experience. Did not refund the 2 weeks owed back to my daughter despite the termination of the agreement within the allotted 10-day time frame. Rude and never followed up. A complete disgrace. Please call me at 843-247-2123. Thank you.

The Manager at this facility is unprofessional and childish. I have complained serval times about his behavior and nothing is done. I was told t would get a call from the District Manager on two occasions but I never received a call. The manager came in on a Sunday, his day off before going to a baseball game to send me a email about a 30 day notice about a rent increase of $60, going from $180 to $240.
