As a first time storage space renter, things were made extremely clear and easy for me. Shannon was very kind and helpful in answering each and every question I had; showed me different unit sizes and guided me through the entire leasing process. The units were clean and access is both secure and easy to operate. I was also provided the option of using my own renters insurance or go with fresh insurance which had different pricing tiers for coverage limits.
