As a first time storage space renter, things were made extremely clear and easy for me. Shannon was very kind and helpful in answering each and every question I had; showed me different unit sizes and guided me through the entire leasing process. The units were clean and access is both secure and easy to operate. I was also provided the option of using my own renters insurance or go with fresh insurance which had different pricing tiers for coverage limits. DO NOT get an outdoor unit! They have almost zero pest control efforts and animals will get into an outdoor unit. Disgusting and deplorable. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOt get an outdoor unit!!
I live four hours away from the town where my unit is located. Courtney has been very helpful and is both personable and professional.
