So I was in need of a storage unit , went to one in my area but wasn’t 100% with it because it was kiosk / virtual. No live person on site. So I found Morning Side Storage in my area as well. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was 10000% so happy I went there , Jill & Courtney were absolutely phenomenal, Outstanding people who explained everything and also were straight forward with prices & fees , no games , no gimmicks , Needless to say I rented my unit and won’t be leaving anytime soon. As a first time storage space renter, things were made extremely clear and easy for me. Shannon was very kind and helpful in answering each and every question I had; showed me different unit sizes and guided me through the entire leasing process. The units were clean and access is both secure and easy to operate. I was also provided the option of using my own renters insurance or go with fresh insurance which had different pricing tiers for coverage limits. DO NOT get an outdoor unit! They have almost zero pest control efforts and animals will get into an outdoor unit. Disgusting and deplorable. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOt get an outdoor unit!!
